Site Rules

ImagePros.US reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any image uploaded that is pornographic in nature, infringes upon copyrights that are not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any U.S. or international laws. Offending images will be immediately deleted and the IP address and any identifying information of the offender logged. Violating these terms will result in termination of your ability to further upload images.

#1 : Do not link or embed images hosted on this service into a large-scale commercial, for profit or high bandwidth sites. (ie: DO NOT use this service to host background images, menu images, banners, buttons, logo's or other permanent parts of a website).

#2 : This service is not to be used for hosting banners in pay per click or performance based websites, scripts, emails or programs.

#3 : No pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files consisting of genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations. Domains that include images or phrases related to porn will be banned without regard to abuse, images uploaded to these sites will be deleted immediately without warning.

#4 : No non image files, including but not limited to text, document, exe and other exucutable files.

#5 : No files that are meant to harm, defile or harrass other members, users or people.

#6 : Sites hosting our images that promote excesive popups or spyware may have their images removed.

We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader, IP address or website domain from using our services for any reason. Abuse of our services will result in memberships being revoked and/or images being deleted without notice. Sites or images abusing our generous bandwidth policies may also be removed.
